3. Prohibited Content
You may not use ViralClip to create, upload, distribute, or attempt to generate any of the following types of content:
- Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content (including nudity, sexual acts, and sexually suggestive content)
- NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content or content intended for adult-only audiences
- Content sexualizing minors in any way, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities
- Graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, or self-harm
- Non-consensual sexual content, including deepfake pornography
- Content promoting hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Misinformation or deepfakes intended to deceive or defraud
- Content that violates privacy rights or contains personal data without consent
- Content promoting illegal activities, dangerous behavior, terrorism, or extremism
4. Content Moderation
ViralClip may use automated systems, provider-level safety filters, abuse monitoring, and manual review to help enforce this policy. We reserve the right to restrict content, disable access, suspend accounts, or take other action when activity violates this policy or applicable laws.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Restriction or removal of violating content
- Removal of violating content from our platform
- Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
- Forfeiture of remaining credits without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by law
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether content violates this policy. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on ViralClip that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us at support@viralclip.app. We will investigate all reports promptly.
