1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ViralClip! By accessing or using our AI-powered video, image, and voice generation platform at viralclip.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
ViralClip provides AI-powered content generation services including:
- AI Video Generation: Create short-form video from text prompts and supported reference images using available AI models
- AI Image Generation and Editing: Create or refine images from text prompts and supported reference images
- Creator Research and Planning: Analyze reference videos, extract prompts or transcripts, and create editable viral-video briefs
- Product Listing Images: Create coordinated product-image sets from product photos and a product brief
- Text-to-Speech: Generate voice audio from text
- Specialized Video Tools: Use AI Dance, Motion Control, and Lip Sync workflows with supported inputs
- Text-to-Speech: Generate voice audio from text
Available AI models and features may change over time as we add new capabilities and update existing ones. We will provide notice of significant changes when possible.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access our services, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3.3 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use ViralClip. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 Subscription Plans
ViralClip offers the following subscription tiers, each providing a monthly credit allowance for AI content generation:
- Basic: $19.9/month — 400 credits per month
- Standard: $29.9/month — 800 credits per month
- Pro: $49.9/month — 1,800 credits per month
- Ultra: $99.9/month — 4,500 credits per month
Annual billing is available for all tiers at a discounted rate (up to 50% off): Basic ($120/year, 50% off), Standard ($288/year, 20% off), Pro ($480/year, 20% off), and Ultra ($960/year). Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment, with credits issued monthly throughout the subscription term.
In addition to subscriptions, ViralClip offers Credit Packs — one-time credit purchases that do not require an active subscription. Credit Pack credits do not expire. Credit Packs are non-refundable and may be purchased at any time, including alongside an active subscription.
4.2 Credit System
ViralClip operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate content, with different models and settings consuming varying amounts. Credits are consumed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis, meaning credits closest to expiration are used first.
4.3 Credit Expiration
Credits have a limited validity period based on how they were obtained:
- Monthly subscriptions: Credits expire approximately 1 month after issuance (with a 24-hour grace period)
- Annual subscriptions: Credits are issued monthly and each month's credits expire approximately 1 month after issuance (with a 24-hour grace period), following the same cycle as monthly subscriptions
- Credit Packs: Credits purchased through one-time Credit Packs do not expire
Expired credits cannot be recovered or refunded. You are responsible for using your credits before they expire. We recommend checking your credit balance and expiration dates regularly in your account dashboard.
4.4 Purchases
- All purchases are processed securely through Stripe or Creem
- Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment
4.5 Subscription Plan Changes
ViralClip allows you to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:
- Same-interval upgrades (monthly→monthly or yearly→yearly): When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan within the same billing interval, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. You will receive prorated bonus credits for the remaining days in your current billing period
- Monthly-to-yearly switches (same tier): No additional credits are issued since the monthly allowance remains the same. Your billing simply converts to the discounted annual rate
- Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change is scheduled for your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's benefits and remaining credits until then
- Pending changes: Only one plan change can be pending at a time. Contact support if you need to cancel or modify a scheduled downgrade
4.6 Pricing Changes
We may update subscription pricing from time to time. Price changes for existing subscribers take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
4.7 Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility and procedures. Key terms:
- Refund requests must be made within 10 days of purchase and with no more than 50 subscription credits used
- Eligible refunds are issued as a full refund of the subscription payment
- Upon refund, all remaining subscription credits (including any unissued future monthly allowances) will be removed from your account and your subscription will be immediately terminated
- Promotional credits, sign-up bonuses, and referral rewards are not refundable
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of ViralClip is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which details prohibited content, content moderation practices, and enforcement measures. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into and forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using ViralClip, you agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of credits, and reporting to law enforcement where required.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you provide. For AI-generated outputs:
- You receive a license to use generated content for personal and commercial purposes across all subscription plans
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Generated content may also be subject to the usage terms of the underlying third-party AI model provider
6.2 Our Platform
The ViralClip platform, including its software, design, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
6.3 Third-Party AI Models
AI models available on ViralClip are provided by third-party providers. Your use of generated content is subject to both these Terms and the respective third-party provider's terms and conditions. ViralClip does not train its own AI models — all generation is performed through third-party AI services.
7. Service Availability
7.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
7.2 Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes when possible.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ViralClip is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated content will meet your specific requirements
- AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for any purpose
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or unexpected results and should be reviewed before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralClip shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use of generated content
- Third-party claims related to your use of the service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ViralClip in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViralClip, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of generated content
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
11. Account Termination
11.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Create content that violates our acceptable use policy
- Fail to pay for services
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, the following applies:
- Your right to use ViralClip ceases immediately
- Voluntary cancellation (no refund): Your existing credits remain active until their natural expiration date, allowing you to continue using the service until that time
- Refund requested: All remaining subscription credits will be removed from your account as described in Section 4.5 and our Refund Policy
- Termination by us: In cases of Terms violation, unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law
Generated content stored on our servers may be deleted after a reasonable retention period following account termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Effective Date" above
- Sending email notification for significant changes
Continued use of ViralClip after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
